Rainy Day

As the rain drips down on my head tonight (no, I'm not outside. Yes, I do have a leaky roof) I am inspired to make paper umbrellas. (Yes, I know paper umbrellas won't protect me from the rain.)

Just so you have a good selection for any project you might need an umbrella for, I came up with a few different versions that I like for different reasons. I like this one because it gives me the ability to have a multiple colored umbrella. I'm not sure I like the raindrops, but they were there, so use them if you want. Delete them if you don't.I like this one because the double layer gives it just a little extra, and it's smoother and more symmetrical.I like this one because of its simplicity. One sheet of paper. One color.

While I was looking for umbrella pictures to trace, I found this summery umbrella with a table and chairs. I couldn't pass it up.
When I found the table umbrella, I also found this summery looking bag. I couldn't leave it without the table. This one could be done with or without the stripes.

More and more flip flops

Can you ever really have too many pairs of flip flops?

These are adorable!! Click here to download

These are pretty simple, but cute! Click here to download

Flip flops I like better

I think I like these flip flops better than the others. In this file there are both the single layer/one color outlines on the left, and the double layered/two color flip flops on the right. The black on the right pair is the base, with the pink on top.

My First Scrapbook Page Ever!

I have to say that I love this shoe! I am test cutting it right now, so if there are any problems with it, they'll be fixed by the time you download it. Click here to download svg file. Enjoy!

After the test cut, I tweaked it a bit, and at about 4" it turned out beautiful. If you want to cut it any smaller, I would suggest breaking the shoe apart and deleting the two sole parts.

And finally, here is my finished layout. My first ever. Yeah, I don't know what I'm doing! lol

Just in case you give a flip

Since the weather is teasing us, and starting to show signs of spring, I'm getting anxious for flip flops! Okay, part of it might be the fact that I don't have clean socks today. Either way, I decided today that I'd share a flip flop svg file.

Girlie Girls

I wanted a cute cut file for a pair of sunglasses. In the midst of my search, I found an entire page full of girlie girl things. I liked most of them, so decided to convert them all in one file. Included are 3 different handbags, lipstick, a compact with a mirror (not sure I like that one), a hand mirror, two different styles of shoes, a funky shaped nail polish bottle, and finally, the sunglasses. Now that I've finished this file, I'll try jazzing up the sunglasses to be more what I was looking for.

As of right now, I haven't test cut any of these. I'm a little concerned that the outline of the larger handbag won't work.

Mary's Request

So Mary sent a request my way this morning. What fun I had putting this one together! This is a small recipe box with tabbed dividers inside. It will easily fit 3x5 index cards. It can be re-sized to fit the 4x6.

I drew the dashes along the edge, just so you could see the shape. Now I see them in a photo, I don't like them anymore, and gave the box to my daughter to decorate.

Thanks Mary for the request!
